The Cross
Animal Star Cookies has been in the catalog since the regular seed days. This run is the first time it has been offered feminized, made by reversing the Animal Cookies cut and putting that pollen on Star Dawg Guava.
The reasoning is simple enough. Animal Cookies is the resin side, Star Dawg is the structure and vigor side, and reversing the Cookies means the whole pack comes out female instead of half of it going in the compost.
The Parents
Animal Cookies is Girl Scout Cookies crossed to OG Raskal‘s Fire OG, held as a clone for most of its life.
Star Dawg Guava is a selection out of JJ NYC’s Stardawg at Top Dawg Seeds, picked for a fruit leaning expression of a line otherwise known for fuel. Greenpoint has been building on Stardawg males since 2014. Guava is the one that gets pulled off the shelf when the goal is flavor rather than raw chem.
What’s In The Pack
Six feminized photoperiod seeds. Cookies leaning plants come out denser and frostier, Star Dawg leaning plants come out taller and higher yielding, and most land between the two.
In The Garden
56-70 days. Medium to tall, thick stalks, broad fan leaves, good calyx to leaf ratio. Noticeably more forgiving than straight Animal Cookies, because the Star Dawg side corrects most of what makes that cut difficult. That correction is the reason the cross exists.

I ran a pack of these in a 2.3×2.3 tent underneath 240w LM301B LED grow lights. I used fox farm happy frog soil in 1/2 gal plastic grow bags and the entire line of blue planet nutrients organic line + all of their supplements i.e. calmag, silica, b vitamins, seaweed and rhizo.
I’ve run straight up animal cookies from BC and let me tell you that animal star cookies does not disappoint. The animal cookies still really shines as far as structure, smell, bag appeal just about everything. Stardawg adds to the funk and helps with yield. A few different phenotypes but they all shined. This was some straight up fire and I highly recommend it!

This phenotype really purped out. Love the structure of the plant a whole lot of tops on her. My second time growing green point seeds is going great, the first time went horrible but that was on my fault. These guys have really good genetics can’t wait to run the other packs I have of them.
Fantastic and a heavy hitter! Popped 3 this round, 1 male 2 females. The females are two different phenos, But WOW. This one has small resinous buds that are so pungent and sticky! It’s purple but it sure doesn’t smell fruity or like grapes Haha. More like Chem sour or something. Not bad taste but I could see some not liking it. Can’t wait to get to sample the other pheno and pop some more beans! Thanks for providing amazing beans Gus!
Holy shit… this strain has become a regular in my gardens. A year off, and I’m ready for another round! Keep a mother handy, you WILL be taking clones.
