Where's my order?
Log in and open your account: every order, its status and its tracking number (on tracked options) are there. In-stock orders paid before 4 PM Eastern ship the same day, Monday to Friday. Orders paid after the cutoff or on weekends ship the next business day. Preorders ship when ready under the terms on their product page. For an order update, text the shop your order number and we'll look it up.
How fast does it ship, and does it come with tracking?
Standard U.S. shipping is free with no minimum. Outside the U.S., free shipping starts at $35. The free option is untracked: allow 10 to 12 business days in the U.S. or up to 8 weeks internationally.
Tracked services, prices and available delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Transit estimates start after dispatch; creating a shipping label does not mean the carrier has scanned the package.

Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Plain packaging, and the return address shows only "GPS", never Greenpoint Seeds.
What does the germination guarantee cover?
A one-time replacement for a first-time germination failure, when all three are true: you bought directly from Greenpoint Seeds, you followed our recommended germination method, and you claim within 60 days of purchase.
Not covered: repeat failed batches, seeds bought elsewhere, sale items, methods other than ours, seeds stored over a year, or seeds exposed to heat, cold or humidity.

Something in my order is on backorder. What happens?
Preorders ship when their batch is ready, under the terms on the product page. A scheduled drop or expected-restock date is not a shipping confirmation. Tracking is provided when you choose a tracked service. Text the shop with questions about your order.
Which payment methods can I use?
Use the payment methods currently shown at checkout and follow the instructions for your order. Older announcements may describe methods that are no longer available. For a payment question, text the shop or email us with your order number.
Can I combine two orders?
Text the shop with both order numbers before dispatch. We can check whether they can ship together. Pay each order according to its checkout instructions.
