The treasury buys $WEEDSEED on the open market in small rounds as orders land. Existing treasury tokens can also fund a round.

Each round sends tokens straight to eligible wallets, in proportion to their balances. Network fees come off the top. Nothing to claim.

Eligible holders receive their share in $WEEDSEED. Pools, program vaults, exchange and bot addresses, and operator-blocked wallets are excluded.

The company’s share is visible.

Excluded, dormant and blocked balances’ shares go to the company wallet. Family wallets also receive rewards on their holdings. A majority of each round currently goes to insiders, as disclosed in the whitepaper.

What is $WEEDSEED?+

Greenpoint Seeds’ fixed-supply token on Solana. It powers a store-funded community rewards program and gives you 10% off when you use it at checkout. It carries no ownership or voting rights in the company.

How do I receive rewards?+

Hold the official token in an eligible wallet. Each round sends $WEEDSEED directly to qualifying holders, proportional to their balances, after network fees. There is nothing to claim. Check the eligibility rules above.

Does every round make a new market buy?+

The treasury buys on the open market or uses tokens it already holds. That is why dollars spent buying and tokens delivered are shown separately. Store sales accrue in a ledger; distribution depends on available treasury funds.

What changed from the earlier model?+

The September 2026 program sends $WEEDSEED to holders. The earlier routing of store revenue into liquidity has ended. The old strain-coin collector program is also retired.

What should I understand before buying?+

Trading is thin and prices can move sharply in either direction. Rewards and eligibility can change, pause or end. There are no promises about price or future payments. Rewards may be taxable. Read the whitepaper for the full disclosures.
