Where's my order?
Log in and open your account: every order, its status and its tracking number (on tracked options) are there. Orders ship within 48 hours of payment, Monday to Friday. Faster than that, text the shop your order number and we'll look it up.
How fast does it ship, and does it come with tracking?
Standard shipping is free on most orders: a discreet flat envelope by USPS First-Class, no tracking. US delivery runs 3 to 7 business days; international 7 to 21.
Want tracking? At checkout, pick USPS Ground Advantage (4 to 10 days, US only, the cheapest tracked option), Priority Mail (1 to 3 days), or Priority Mail Express (overnight to 2 days, delivery guarantee and insurance included). Tracked options are charged at checkout.

Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Plain packaging, and the return address shows only "GPS", never Greenpoint Seeds.
What does the germination guarantee cover?
A one-time replacement for a first-time germination failure, when all three are true: you bought directly from Greenpoint Seeds, you followed our recommended germination method, and you claim within 60 days of purchase.
Not covered: repeat failed batches, seeds bought elsewhere, sale items, methods other than ours, seeds stored over a year, or seeds exposed to heat, cold or humidity.

Out-of-stock items ship the moment they're restocked, and we email you with tracking. If you'd rather not wait, text the shop and we'll sort it.
