Animal Cookies is Girl Scout Cookies crossed to OG Raskal‘s Fire OG, and it has been one of the most counterfeited names in the business for a decade. Plenty of people have grown something sold to them as Animal Cookies that never was. This is the OG Raskal cut reversed onto itself, so what comes out of the pack is the plant, not a hybrid of it.

The Cross
There isn’t one, and that is deliberate. An S1 comes from reversing a female and using her own pollen on herself. No father, no outcross, no dilution.
Greenpoint made this run so growers could get the cut without chasing a clone through the usual chain of trades, favors and mislabels.
The Parents
Animal Cookies, also called Animal Crackers, arrived late in the Cookies wave and immediately outran most of the family. OG Raskal‘s Fire OG is the side that gave it structure and the fuel edge. The GSC side gave it the trichome load that made the whole family collectible in the first place.
It never became a seed line because whoever held it had no reason to release it. That is how clone only cuts happen. Somebody has the plant that moves and everybody else pays rent on access to it.
What’s In The Pack
Six feminized photoperiod seeds. Variation in an S1 is narrow by design. Expect the Animal Cookies frame across the pack, with the differences showing up in vigor and in how hard individual plants throw color late.
In The Garden
70-80 days. Medium height, dense flowers. Like most of the Cookies line it runs hungry for calcium and magnesium, and it finishes tight enough that stagnant air is the main risk in the last three weeks. Not the easiest plant in the catalog. It was never supposed to be.

Animal Cookies S1- 8 weeks of veg and this is at the of week 8 of flower. Grown in fox farm, fed cal-mag and blue point nutrients. Great looking plants!
Popped 1 bean, has been 6 weeks since germ and have moved to flower this morning. Very impressed so far. She likes to be run drier than others. Took me a bit to figure this out. Challenged with low humidity and cold temps early too which slowed growth. Running ffof soil in 7gal fabric pot, cmh lighting at 35w/ft2.
I use a touch of Epsom salt and hydrated lime with each watering of bat/fish/hi-brix and has shown no deficiencies at all. Great Job Greenpoint. Pics to follow as she puts on flowers.

Things are looking good so far, fairly impressed! No issues as of yet things seem very stable from what we are seeing, Roots are out of control in our 5 gallon grow bags. Will be using larger next time around. Photos are actually a mix of Animal Cookies s1, Banana Punch, & Purple Crunch. Running 2 out of our 3 tents indoors currently, each under 450w led lights at 18 on 6 off during veg. cycle (8 Weeks)adding nutrients and cal mag regularly. No training and minimal trimming on this run, so that we could focus on how the genetics are and how these strains grow on their own. I did however allow them all to be topped early on as always. Be back in about 8 more weeks or so with the updated results, as we just flipped these girls over to flower.
UPDATED TO EARLIER REVIEW: The entire grow went off without a hitch. All 4 strains we have currently going are about 2-3 weeks from being finished and are looking lovely. Grew a little slower then the others. But she stacked to hard and produced quality and quantity. I had 3 slightly different Phenos. SALUTE real deal COOKIES
Super smelly plant already, always been a fan of cookies. I’m anticipating some very aromatic flowers from this plant!! Very impressive

Awesome strain. Vegged for 8 weeks in roots organics, using FF nutes, under HLG300L bspec. Flower under hlg 600Rspec, far red propagator, uva30, & uvb…. Cured in grovebags after 8 day dry. Produced very frosty, smooth, tasty buds… Great for night time. I was fortunate to get a few very pungent phenotypes, I stocked up. Straight fire!
