Orange Daiquiri x Animal Cookies
Daiquiri is a top-tier cannabis cultivar brimming with fruity flavor. This premium feminized hybrid combines Orange Daiquiri and Animal Cookies, two terpene-rich varieties that offer exotic aromas and exceptional potency.
By combining these two cultivars, Greenpoint Seeds has created Daiquiri—a unique dessert-themed strain with the sweet, fruity aroma of Orange Daiquiri and the incredible density, color, and resin production of Animal Cookies.
Daiquiri Feminized Cannabis Seeds
Greenpoint Seeds used the original cut of Animal Cookies to pollinate the Jungle Boys’ phenotype of Orange Daiquiri. The resulting hybrid produces a range of phenotypes that share the exceptional qualities of both parents. Some plants may offer the sweet flavor and hardy growth of Orange Daiquiri, and others may provide the narcotic stone and exceptional bag appeal of Animal Cookies. Most plants will present a combination of these qualities.
Daiquiri is an Indica-dominant feminized hybrid. Growers value feminized seeds because these seeds make the growing process simple. By using feminized seeds, growers can rest assured that 99.9 percent of the seeds will produce all-female plants. This eliminates the need to keep a close eye on the plants and separate the males from the garden.
Aroma
Daiquiri melds the fruity aroma of Orange Daiquiri with the sweet-and-sour bouquet of Animal Cookies. Some phenotypes may smell more of orange and grape, and other plants may take on the sweet-and-sour tang of Animal Cookies.
Flavor
Daiquiri is just as flavorful as it is aromatic. This cultivar tastes of orange, grape, and cherry, mixed with subtle undertones of cookie dough, petrol, skunk, and soil. Some plants may taste more of orange liqueur and grape, and other phenotypes may taste more of cookie dough, cherry, and skunk. Most plants will offer a blend of these flavors.
Effects
Daiquiri brings together the mood-boosting high of Orange Daiquiri with the narcotic and sleep-inducing stone of Animal Cookies. The high begins with a wave of bliss, and slowly transforms into a soothing and comforting stone. Orange Daiquiri-dominant phenotypes may be more uplifting and cerebral, and Animal Cookies-dominant phenotypes may be more narcotic.
Structure
This strain is medium to tall in height, with long branches that have substantial internodal spacing. This variety forms medium-size colas that are heavily coated in resin. The flowers are remarkably dense and sticky. When exposed to cold temperatures, some phenotypes may display hues of purple, black, and red in the leaves and buds.
Daiquiri Growth Traits
Daiquiri is easier to grow than most Cookies crosses, and is resistant to most pests and diseases. This variety is hardy, and can thrive both indoors and outdoors. Growers may use a wide variety of cultivation techniques; however, some Animal Cookies-dominant phenotypes may be more sensitive to environmental stresses.
Both parental lines tend to stretch significantly during the early flowering period. Like its parents, most phenotypes of Daiquiri will stretch in height during the early flowering period. Growers can limit the vertical stretch and increase the yield of this cultivar by using high-stress and low-stress training methods. The plants respond well to topping, fimming, super cropping, and other training techniques.
Pest & Disease Control
Most phenotypes of Daiquiri are resistant to pests and diseases; however, some plants may be susceptible to infections of powdery mildew. Growers can avoid fungal diseases by pruning the plants, providing sufficient lighting and air circulation, and lowering the humidity level. They can also use foliar sprays such as water and sodium bicarbonate solutions to stop powdery mildew from spreading.
Due to the extreme density and frost of the buds, some Daiquiri plants may be prone to bud rot. Growers can prevent bud rot by lightly pruning the plants, providing sufficient ventilation, and keeping the humidity level below 50 percent during the flowering period.
Most Cookies strains require an ample supply of calcium and magnesium. Growers can prevent calcium and magnesium deficiencies by using a cal-mag supplement or amending the growing medium with Epsom salt and dolomite lime. Because some phenotypes may be sensitive to pH fluctuations, growers typically use a pH meter when mixing the nutrient solutions.

Inky
Another absolutely beautiful plant from Greenpoint! Haven’t tested yet but I don’t think I’ll need to to rate 5 + stars! I use 7 gallon bags, ocean forest and organic ferts. Have used several fish types for vegetative and use bat for flower along with hydrated lime and epsom. I usually top dress with high pk bat guano when going into flower too. This strain has presented no problems during any phase, 6 weeks veg, 8 plus flower, is more resistant to wpm than other strains too. It has a very sweet smell and is coated with trichomes! Can’t wait for the cut and cure! Great Job Gu and team! Easy 5 on this 1

Currently have 4 Daiquiri going outdoors and they are top notch plants! Seed in soil 5-26 and the photos were taken 9-19-22. They grow quick and they are strong. Loaded with budsights everywhere so lollipopping and a good cleaning is a good idea before taking them out to keep caterpillars and other critters away! Don't worry about taking branches off these ladies because the buds swell up nice and PHAT! Here in the midwest bugs annihilate crops outdoors so I recommend trimming like the photos if you are in the midwest to still get a good yield of primo and not fight bugs constantly. And like I said don't be scared to take branches she sends that straight to other buds! So 5 stars for Daiquiri and the Purple Aliens on outdoor grows....

Daiquiri was a pleasure to grow. I’m currently on my second run with her. This was one of the stickiest plants I’ve ever grow. Great tric production. This is definitely a connoisseur grade bud. Smells of floral, candy, and undertones of orange. Daiquiri is a great daytime smoke. Kept me focus and energized through the day.
Grew fast and large quickly, actually started to dominate my tent during veg. Strong and vigorous growth with beautiful colors shown during flower. Nice and frosty looks amazing. Pics are week 8 of flower
Very strong & Vigorous strain . heavy dense yelider . even lower branches have fat dense buds

About to harvest. Looks really great. Easy to grow. All organic
Wish I had a finished picture of these bud’s. So frosty!!! The flavor and smell is like if you pulled all the orange fruit loops out of a box of cereal. Very vigorous especially when switched to flower. Zero issues with growing this strain. Grown in indoors in 5 gallon pots with soil and dry amendments. She did love a little cal mag.
