Indiana Bubblegum x Stardawg
Bodega Bubblegum is an Indica-dominant hybrid that truly has it all. A fast-flowering time, unrivaled bag appeal, vigorous growth, and potent effects are just some of its prized traits. Bodega Bubblegum is a rarity in that it is a beginner-friendly strain that produces connoisseur-grade buds.
By uniting Indiana Bubblegum with our famed Stardawg stud, Greenpoint Seeds has created Bodega Bubblegum—a hybrid that adds a bit of skunk funk to the classic Bubblegum strain. This is a timeless strain that fits the bill for any garden.
Bodega Bubblegum Cannabis Seeds
Greenpoint Seeds pollinated the classic Indiana Bubblegum with their proven Stardawg male, thus creating Bodega Bubblegum. This hybrid melds the best traits of each legendary parent, creating a connoisseur-grade strain that offers vigorous growth, a generous yield, stellar potency, and lip-smacking flavor.
Aroma
This hybrid mixes the sweet, candy-like fragrance of Indiana Bubblegum with the skunky, earthy scent of Stardawg, creating a highly aromatic strain that is rich in terpenes. This variety smells of pink bubblegum with earthy, skunky, and floral undertones.
Flavor
Bodega Bubblegum presents a robust, sweet-and-skunky flavor that is multifaceted. This hybrid coats the palate with notes of candy and wildflowers mixed with acrid flavors of skunk, petrol, and soil. Some phenotypes may lean toward the saccharine taste of Bubblegum, and others may be skunkier and earthier. Most plants will offer a blend of these rich flavors.
Effects
Bodega Bubblegum unites the balanced, soothing effects of Indiana Bubblegum with the energizing high of Stardawg. This variety delivers a cerebral surge of bliss that may improve the mood and ease stress. Soon, the Indica effects become noticeable, reducing muscle tension, and lulling the user into a state of tranquility. Some phenotypes may be more uplifting, and others may be more relaxing.
Structure
Bodega Bubblegum is of average height, with thick stems and sharply serrated, dark-green fan leaves. This strain forms heavy, hulking colas that are exceptionally frosty. The dense, lime-green flowers are ornamented with tawny pistils and violet sugar leaves. Bodega Bubblegum’s leaves and buds may present deep shades of purple when exposed to cold temperatures.
Growing Bodega Bubblegum
Like its parents, Bodega Bubblegum produces hardy, healthy plants that are easy to grow. This strain is pest- and disease-resistant and can withstand many environmental stressors. Bodega Bubblegum grows quickly during the vegetative growth period and can complete the flowering cycle in just nine to ten weeks. When provided with plenty of lighting, a nutrient-rich diet, and an optimal environment, Bodega Bubblegum can produce a large yield of premium buds.
Pest & Disease Control
Although Bodega Bubblegum is a resilient strain, it requires proper care to reach its full potential. Growers can avoid most pest infestations and diseases by keeping the grow room neat and tidy, thinning the canopy, using oscillating fans to promote airflow, maintaining a stable temperature, pH level, and day/night cycle, and avoiding under and overwatering.

Still have around 2 or so weeks left in flowering, but she looks dynamite so far. Temps around 72F, the medium is FoxFarms "Ocean Forest" mixed with some kelp meal, azomite and Dr.Earth's organic tomato fertilizer, and occasionally fed when needed with Botanicare Pure blend pro with Botanicare Cal/Mag. @ the moment they'll get nothing but water(flushing) for the next several weeks until culled. The aroma is fruity with a touch of something like a spicy incense, very appealing. Above average trichomes. When it finishes and is dried will definitely come back with a smoke report.

Popped two seeds out of the pack, both were females, one remained super short and is flowering at around 2ft, the other gal shot up to around 6ft, overall very happy so far with both, didn't give the short one the proper luv as she was just swallowed up in the grow by everything else, but will dedicate an entire grow just for her cuts as she's really dank smelling, a mixture of bubblegum, citrus and diesel.

Bubblegum keepers in every pack. I ran a pack of these and found 3 gems. 2 were fruity in flavor and the 3rd was the pink classic bubblegum flavor I was hoping to find. 100% germ rate and excellent structure/vigor to them. The bubblegum pheno is pictured in my photos.
I ran five of these and ended up with two females. One was a garlic/ onion Stardawg phenotype. The other was the classic pink bubblegum phenotype. The Stardawg leaner turned super dark purple almost black and its my go to bedtime smoke. The Bubblegum phenotype is a wonderful indica stone.
👍 easy strain to grow and it is a heavy yielder👍
I have over 30 GPS strains, several favorites, each for different reasons but this bubblegum cross is consistently one of my favorites for smell, taste and hardy growth. Beautiful plant, I grow this strain in my personal and commercial grows. One of my favorite go to smokes in my stash box. Tastes and smells like grape bazooka Joe crossed with gym socks…
ive always been a big fan of bubble gum crosses
so when I 1st looked at GPS gear I was immediately on Gu’s bodega Bgum.
having recently harvesting a few I’m happy with this version.
the disappointing thing was that trademark bazooka joe aroma wasn’t as strong as I expected.
of course with only 2 plants I’m sure with more pheno’s to sample I would have crossed paths with a BJoe dominant
pheno, other goodies was plenty of resin output on nice good sized nugs that packed a solid kick that had a tasty flavor and lasted a good 2+hours so to recap, great flavor, great aroma, big nugz with a decent yield that makes for an A+ presentation.
you can’t go wrong with this bubble gum cross.
I bought a pack of these to try,the freshness of the seeds were impressive, popped five, all germinated in 24 hrs,Got 4 females out of-em,Growing bubblegum,in the south is a labor of love, the humidity here is brutal, and true bubblegum gets powdery mildew just looking at it.While the bodega was no exception,it was way less than pure bubblegum.I cannot attest to the smoke yet,but my drying barn smells amazing. The hardiness of this hybrid is impressive as well,we had 20 inches of rain in July, and I was sure it would kill-em with root rot if nothing else, while it did stunt the growth, they went on to produce.a respectable crop.Don’t be afraid to grow this one,you might have to show it a little more love in the garden, but you will be very happy with the results.
As mentioned Bodega has a vigorous strong veg. These little babies are just reaching toward the light, like kids for candy. 11/11 cracked 100% as expected. If this keeps up all the way thru flower they will surely impress. Judging from the other photos these sweet gals will surely not disappoint. As with all GPS gear another solid hit.
another photo from same above review
Popped one seed was tight for room will hunt next round…..ended up with one female about 4 week into flower….very vigorous…. bubblegum funk with stardawg lingering deff some heat in the pic she is 1st row up front and all the way 2 the right
I love this shit here. I’m old school so it brings me back to a reminiscent time of 5 cent gum, Bazooka Joe, and Major League bubble gum! Since I’m right next to Indiana I’ve smoked a lot of this strain and it’s a top shelf in these parts! Ahhh the good old days. We’re gonna see if this is close to what I remember as youngster but with a little twist of Chem on the side.
