Indiana Bubblegum surfaced in the Midwest in the late 1980s, a clone-only plant that reached Amsterdam and came back famous. It is one of the few genuinely American classics from that era still held in original form, and it is the plant that taught the industry candy could be a terpene profile rather than a marketing word.
