Qualities of Copper Chem
Copper Chem spoils growers by delivering world-class buds in world-class yields at harvest. This is highly stable, producing uniform cannabis plants with slight nuances of aroma and flavor. Farmers usually don’t need to germinate many seeds to find an excellent Chemdawg phenotype (which is great because most states don’t allow more than six plants).
Flavor
Many users have fallen in love with the complex flavor of Copper Chem. It combines sharp notes of lemon-peel bitterness and velvety nail-polish remover with gassy, dank undertones. Notes of soil and citrus linger on the tongue and coat the whole mouth after the user exhales.
Copper Chem has a wide range of classic flavors, with some Chem 4-dominant phenotypes leaning toward pine and citrus, while Chem D-phenotypes leaning toward skunk and halitosis. Many experienced users mention that Copper Chem reminds them of the Chemdawg that they smoked in their teenage days.
Aroma
Consumers describe Copper Chem’s aroma as the epitome of Chemdawg, emtting notes of motor oil, gasoline, gear grease, sour lemon rind, diesel fuel, acetone, pine-scented cleaning solutions, rotten lime peel, and nail-polish remover. Users may also detect a tinge of rye bread, which many users find appealing.
However, Copper Chem may not be ideal for stealth growers, as people can smell it from a block away. Air filters are a must when growing Copper Chem.
It is important to note that each plant may display its own unique traits, making it quite challenging to pick a keeper. Growers seeking Chem 4, Chem D, or Stardawg-dominant plants will likely find several of these phenotypes in each pack of Copper Chem seeds.
Structure
Combining Chem 4 with Stardawg, Copper Chem offers the pungent flavors of Chemdawg with the boosted yield of Chem 4. The structure of the is ideal for both commercial and closet growers. This variety is of medium height, with perfect internodal spacing and robust branching. Some Indica-dominant phenotypes may be shorter and stockier, and some Sativa-dominant phenotypes may be taller. However, most phenotypes will be uniform in height and structure.
Copper Chem produces large, spear-shaped flowers covered in trichomes. The buds are lime-green, though some rare phenotypes may develop purple flowers instead. Regardless of coloring, all Copper Chem phenotypes produce dense, resin-caked flowers.
Growth Traits
Both Chem 4 and Stardawg are notoriously hardy, vigorous, easy-to-grow varieties. By combining these two varieties, we have developed the perfect cannabis seeds for inexperienced growers who want top-shelf buds. This is highly stress-resistant and can thrive despite fluctuations in light, temperature, pH, or feeding regime.
Moreover, Copper Chem is an adaptable that can be grown indoors or outdoors. This variety thrives in both soil and hydroponic media and will produce large yields of premium flowers using synthetic or organic fertilizers. The adaptability of the cultivar makes it an excellent choice for any grower.
Pest and Disease Control
This is resistant to mold and many types of pests, which makes it a great choice for inexperienced growers. The is, however, susceptible to powdery mildew. Diligent growers can avoid powdery mildew infestations by keeping the humidity level low. They should also consider raising the ambient air temperature to 75 degrees Fahrenheit and using fans to increase air circulation. Some foliar sprays such as water and sodium bicarbonate solutions also may help stave off powdery mildew. Prevention is essential as powdery-mildew infestations can be difficult to remedy.
Some Chem D-dominant phenotypes of Copper Chem may display leaf variegation due to pH fluctuations or calcium and magnesium deficiencies. Incorporating a cal-mag supplement or Epsom salt and dolomite lime into the regular nutrient regime is advisable. Feeding with a stable pH is also essential.

My Copper Chem is just getting ready to harvest. Very similar looking pheno as Oggy's, shown Topped once around the 3rd node, and has several large, dense tops, trichomes galore! This cola accidentally snapped, as I was using bamboo stakes, yet that cola was not affixed, and snapped, hanging low. Next check in, it had snapped the stem and was starting to dry. I might as well test this cola, as it's looking like it's getting cloudy trichs! A beautiful strain! I'll always be back to grow Greenpoint Seeds!

There is a reason that this is the flagship strain of GPS. Consistency of phenotypes, MASSIVE yield, and potency are just a few of things worth mentioning. There’s the pinesol pheno, then theres the lemony skunk smelling pheno, then theres the pure fuel. My favorite strain. I could care less for feminized seeds for the sake of getting these dialed in. This strain put these guys on the map, for me at least. Too bad theres a 5 star limit. This strain deserves 50 stars. No exaggeration. If you have time and space grab at least 2 packs of these.

Every seed sprouted 9 females in the bunch, just one word fantastic I’m going to say it again fantastic here’s a picture
Let me first say that this is some fantastic herb. I popped 3 beans and ended up with two females from that. One had a very sour scent. One had a very sweet scent. I also popped 3 dynamite diesel for this run and ended up with 2 females also. 100% germ rate using “Subcools” rapid rooter method. Growth was vigorous. Bud to leaf ratio was excellent and the bud density was very nice and tight. 73 days to ripeness for both. The sour was a bit gassy and floral. Delicious. The sweet pheno was just as delicious with a mild yogurt finish. Super nice. Potent as F! A very stony buzz with legs. All in all I was very impressed. I let them grow straight up to the 5th node and topped them back to the 3rd. Then i tied them down and opened up the split to light. 10 week veg because of all my LST work and training. Be careful with this strain. pretty easy to hit the lights. lots of stretch. Node spacing is about perfect for me at about 5 inches. I got 7 half gallon wide mouth jars of nice dried nug from each plant. Considering they were all under 5 feet tall thats pretty good. Tastes better than anything at the local dispensary. All in all im very happy with this plant and cant wait to grow it again. (However i just popped an 11 pack of “Eagle Scout” with 100% germ rate using “subcools” rapid rooter method.
This is my first experience growing Greenpoints gear. So Far im thrilled and have 2 more projects going involving their geneitics. This is the first time ive ended up with something that looks just like the pic on the breeders website.
Im a Seahawks fan for life. But this time ive got to give some real love to Denver. This is a great product. Cheers. ill post a few pics when i figure out how. 🙂
I ran canna coco on the low end of the EC chart with 35% perlite. Full line. .7 -.8 EC in Veg seemed to be enough. Bumped up to .9 EC at peak in flower. All of which under 2000 watts in a 5×9 gorilla grow tent.
One of the best strains I’ve ever grown. Checks all the boxes and super easy to find amazing phenos I’ve had two that were just top notch. Thank you Greenpoint.

I’ll always be back to grow Greenpoint Seeds!
My first run with GPS gear. Very happy, the copper chems all had hollow stems and were hard to clone
9 out of 11 seeds germ’d and 6 made it through the seedling stage. Some smell fruity, one smells like straight up rubber.
Very happy with the yield and quality. The customer service has been excellent too!
Thanks GPS, Heisen, and Gu. Looking forward to the next run! So many choices haha
Excellent company with some excellent herb. Copper Chem is definitely a new favorite answer will keep it in my garden for a long time. This is a couch locker for sure not a good day time smoke it ends your day very well.
I have several health problems one of the big ones os epilepsy and this smoke not only helps me to stay seizure free while I sleep but also is an excellent smoke for pain control being I broke both my neck and back actually compound factures to both neck and back after a three story fall at work. If you need pain control or seizure control this is an ideal evening smoke.
I popped 6 of 11 beans got five healthy fems and a healthy male being I do not breed I killed off the male as the one guy pictured ginormous buds being I am a gorilla grower until January in my State I cannot post pictures my State loves busting small growers so am ultra careful being I amean terminal and cannot afford to spend even one day locked up in a jail.
Love this supplier he is fast to respond and I personally have had excellent service including very fast delivery have bought several strains and have two different strains that just popped will review them as well.
Of the 12 different strains in my last run the Copper Chem tied with Sassaby as the most potent. She was also in the top 3 with my testers and peps who tried all that I ran .
The terps were super dank , the buds dense , and the bag appeal was really good . She was a medium producer indoors , but I could have upped the production had I veged a little longer . I had zero issues with her , not temperamental at all .
I love this stain ! Good work GPS
