Greg Krzanowski is the most consequential grower in American cannabis, and he got there by buying an ounce at a Grateful Dead show. Deer Creek Amphitheatre, Indiana, June 1991. Thirteen seeds came out of that bag. Everything this country calls gas traces back to them.

Chem 91 and Chem Sis came first. Years later, when the old crew got back together, he and Joe Brand popped the rest and found Chem D and Chem 4. Those four plants sit under Stardawg, OG Kush by most accounts, Sour Diesel, GMO, and half of everything else worth growing.

A raid took his garden in 2011. He came back legal, growing in Massachusetts with Canna Provisions, still holding the cuts. The crosses below all walk back to his thirteen seeds.

I am growing platinum inferno outside this year. It's at 8 feet tall in late bloom. It looks great and I love the structure.

Looks good and didn’t give me any issues growing. So far has a light pine smell. This could change during cure.
