Thin Mint Cookies
Thin Mint: the name behind the Animal argument
Our read of the original Animal Cookies story is direct: Thin Mint GSC got a new name. Platinum sits in that same renaming trail. That is why we follow the cut’s history before counting three labels as three separate breeding projects.
Thin Mint comes out of the early Bay Area Girl Scout Cookies scene around Jigga and the Cookies Family. His stated GSC foundation is F1 Durban × Florida OG.
Why the Thin Mint label still matters
Thin Mint is the named Cookies parent paired with Sunset Sherbet in Gelato. Keep that detail. It tells you which Cookies selection the breeder recorded, and it lets you follow the next generation without getting lost in the Animal naming argument.
Start with Gelato v2 for a release carrying that connection. Check the product’s actual pairing and generation before deciding what it adds to your vault.

The cut lives in the clone library in Ocala. When it goes into a run, the crosses show up on the drop calendar first and testers get them before anyone.
Keep digging.
