Sherbet begins with a kickboxing lesson. Sherbinski and Jigga met through one of Sherbinski’s students, started breeding together, and crossed Jigga’s Burmese Blackberry Kush pollen onto OG Kush to make Pink Panties, a low-yield plant Sherbinski kept growing anyway.

That plant turned out to be a male, and before he pulled it, it hit Jigga’s prized Thin Mint Cookies cut. The seeds he sprouted from that accident produced Sunset Sherbet, the most coveted Cookies descendant of its era and, through Gelato, a grandparent of the modern dessert shelf.
