Gelato V3 sits deliberately alongside the Gelato family. The standard line runs Sunset Sherbet against Thin Mint Cookies. This version keeps the Sherbet and swaps the other side for Trop Cherry, which brings the frame in tighter.

Sunset Sherbet is Girl Scout Cookies crossed to Pink Panties, made by Sherbinski in San Francisco with a male gifted to him by Jigga. Half the modern dessert category is built on it, and it is one of the few clone only cuts that is as good in the room as it is in the jar.
