Trinity Skunk is one of the loudest old school cuts Greenpoint works with and badly underrated. Its growth is strong enough that it never needs support and the leaves look prehistoric. What it does not have is bud structure, and that is precisely what Relentless Genetics‘ Trop Cherry lends it.

The Cross
This is a structure trade and a clean one. Trinity Skunk brings everything except bud form. Trop Cherry brings the form. What comes out is a robust plant with blown out calyxes sitting on Cookies family density.
The Parents
Trinity Skunk is an old school cut and one of the more underrated plants in the program. It belongs to the pre Cookies generation that got shouldered out of every room during the dessert era and is worth revisiting now that the pendulum has swung back. Enormous structural strength and prehistoric looking leaves.
Tropicana Cherry is Tropicana Cookies crossed to Cherry Cookies, out of Relentless Genetics in Colorado, and reliable at correcting a frame.

In The Garden
56-63 days. Balanced 50/50 structure. Expect vigorous, self supporting growth from the Skunk side and color from the Trop Cherry side in cool late flower temperatures.

Outdoor grow, central ohio, 40+-north latitude. Around 5 or 6 weeks into flower, turning dark, dank, skunky and sweet. Stopped stretch around 8ft. No toppings. Amended living soil, worm casting, cow and chicken poo, dried molasses, down to earth all purpose, a touch of Epsom salt. No major bug or mold issues, others in same garden fairing worse. Handled lots of foul weather no problems so far. Looking forward to the chop. Got seeds as tester in the spring. Definitely a keeper.
