Topanga Cookies
The Jungle Boys’ Topanga Canyon OG pollinated with the elite Animal Cookies clone. Topanga is one of the older Southern California OG selections and it never got released as seed, which is why crosses are the only route to it.
Topanga Canyon OG x Animal Cookies | Feminized photoperiod | 6 seeds | 70-80 days | Born-on: Jul 2025
The Cross
Greenpoint used the elite Animal Cookies clone to pollinate the Topanga Canyon OG from the Jungle Boys.
The Parents
Topanga Canyon OG is a regional OG Kush selection named for where it circulated in Southern California. Like most cuts of its era it stayed inside clone circles rather than being released, which is why it never spread the way the Tahoe or the SFV did. The Jungle Boys held the version used here.
Animal Cookies is Girl Scout Cookies crossed to Fire OG.
What’s In The Pack
Six feminized photoperiod seeds. Some plants carry the yield and vigor of the mother, others the coverage of the father.
In The Garden
70-80 days. Indica dominant.

Easy to grow. I ran 4 different strains, and the 2 phenos of Topanga Cookies showed the first frost. It is currently in the drying phase, and I cannot wait to taste.

Entering Week 10 and still stacking and stinking. Smells incredible. No doubt this will come out of Cannatrol a winner. Two overall phones: a purple and a bright green.
Four out of seven made it out of the gate. But, I doubled up on these so there are another six or seven for round two. We are at 41 days flower exactly and the frost is coming on. But, there is definitely a bit to go. Thus far it looks like there is fire in these here genes. My favorite so far is #3. Stacking and fagralicious. These Topangas and my Sticky Ickies are in my progressive Sea of Green space; a testing ground so to speak. They are about to start their two week UV regimen and we are looking forward to seeing how they stack. ProSOG using Roots organic soil and amendments on one gallon fabrics on AC Infinity Fabric Pot Autowatering bases. After the spectacular finish of GP Oreoz s1 I have no doubt I will work thru my entire GP collection in due time. Kudos to Heisen/Gu team.
I’m a little early with this review, because I haven’t smoked anything yet. I have a pheno that smells absolutely amazing! It’s like an industrial chemical smell with rotten beef boullion. Or maybe it’s what they call jet fuel. It’s really loud and it’s one of those things where I’m constantly touching and sniffing the plant. I think out of the two seeds I planted, this one is a keeper. She is very vigorous, but easy to train.
Best Best Best strain and genetic I’ve had by far!!
