Purple Urkle is the grape matriarch of the West Coast, a clone-only selection out of the Emerald Triangle widely held to be a standout phenotype of Mendocino Purps. It survived the eighties and nineties underground on quality alone, and it set the benchmark every purple since has been measured against.
It is a slow, patient plant, which is why breeders pair it with vigorous partners, and it is the mother of Granddaddy Purple, which makes it the great-grandmother of the whole Punch era.

I am growing platinum inferno outside this year. It's at 8 feet tall in late bloom. It looks great and I love the structure.
Looks good and didn’t give me any issues growing. So far has a light pine smell. This could change during cure.
