Look at what actually made Cherry Pie worth growing and it all traces to Purple Urkle. Big Bud contributed bulk and nothing else. So Big Bud comes out of the equation entirely and Purple Urkle goes directly to Durban Poison. What you end up with is a purpose bred Cherry Pie, and an incredibly rare one, because almost nobody makes this cross from the original parts.

The Parents

The Pie Guy sat at the center of the Bay Area scene for years under three different names before most people knew any of them belonged to the same person. Cherry Pie is his, and half the Cookies story runs through it.

Purple Urkle is the California purple everything else in that category got measured against, and the plant that gave Grand Daddy Purple everything it was known for.

Durban Poison is the South African landrace that anchors the Cookies family. It brings vigor, resin and a fast finish, which keeps a purple line from dragging out the way purple lines do.

62-70 days. Balanced 50/50 structure. Cool late flower temperatures bring the color forward, though this line carries the genetics for it rather than relying on the cold to fake it.
