Blue Dream came out of the Santa Cruz mountains in the early 2000s, made by a grower who never came forward: the regional Haze cut crossed to DJ Short’s Blueberry. It went on to become the most grown plant in the legal American market for a decade straight.

Nothing exotic about it, which is exactly the point. It gave commercial growers berry and Haze on a frame that never argued.
