Neroli Sunshine

Trop Cherry carries Tangie in its background through Tropicana Cookies, and in most crosses that gets buried. Neroli Sunshine puts an old school California Orange line on the other side so it comes back out. This one leans heritage and it will reward you most run outdoors.

The Cross

The method is straightforward. Reinforce the same thing from both sides instead of letting one parent compete with the other, and the trait that would otherwise disappear survives.

The Parents

Orange Sunshine descends from the California Orange lineage, one of the older American citrus lines and a heritage plant rather than anything modern. It brings a larger, more open frame.

Tropicana Cherry is Tropicana Cookies crossed to Cherry Cookies, out of Relentless Genetics in Colorado. Tropicana Cookies is Harry Palms’ work at Oni Seed Co, Girl Scout Cookies crossed to Tangie, and that Tangie is the reason this pairing works at all.

What’s In The Pack

Six feminized photoperiod seeds. Expect larger plants than the usual Trop Cherry cross. The heritage side shows in the structure more than anywhere else.

In The Garden

62-70 days, sativa leaning at roughly 60/40. This has real outdoor potential. The frame wants room and this kind of line has always done better under the sun than under a light.
