Dolato Strain

Dolato Strain

The Dolato strain, also known as Do-Si-Lato and Dosilato, is a mostly-Indica hybrid that offers soothing effects, succulent flavors, and astounding bag appeal. This unique cannabis strain is perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth.

The Cookies Family created Dolato by crossing two exotic cultivars—Gelato #41 and Do-Si-Dos. The resulting hybrid combines Gelato’s fruity flavor and striking color with the extreme potency and gassy scent of Do-Si-Dos.

Dolato has a rich terpene profile that is sweet and musky. This strain smells of lemon and wildflowers, with undertones of pine and soil. The complex aroma comes through in the flavor, coating the mouth with notes of citrus candy, menthol, and rosemary.

Like most Indica varieties, Dolato provides a relaxing stone that helps to ease pain and tension in the muscles. With THC levels between 22 percent and 29 percent, the strain imparts a powerful stone that leaves users calm and carefree. It’s the perfect cultivar to enjoy during the evening or before bedtime.

Dolato is medium to tall in height, with sharply serrated leaves and extensive lateral branching. The plants form dense, sticky buds that are heavily caked in trichomes. During the late flowering period, the buds and leaves present beautiful shades of violet, red, black, and gold.

This cannabis strain is relatively easy to grow and is suitable for indoor and outdoor gardens. It shows excellent resistance to pests and diseases and responds well to plant training techniques such as topping and fimming. It flowers in eight to nine weeks, producing an average yield of premium flowers.
