The Cross
The haze complex is the oldest working money in cannabis. It fed the Dutch scene through the eighties and nineties, it fed the American import market before that, and it is still underneath most of what people call sativa today. It also takes forever and grows like a hedge, which is why almost nobody runs it now.
Greenpoint took a European breeder’s Amnesia Haze and put it against a select Short Stuff #1, then inbred the line over several generations. The selection weight went on aroma, not on finish time. Anyone can make a fast plant.
The Parents
Amnesia Haze earned its name in Amsterdam and stayed in circulation on nothing but reputation, which is a harder thing to do than winning a cup. Its ancestry runs back through the classic haze lines into landrace sativa stock, the same well that produced most of the citrus and spice profiles the modern market still chases without knowing where it got them.
Short Stuff #1 is the ruderalis carrying donor used across the Greenpoint auto line. It brings the day neutral trigger and a short frame and stays out of the way, which is the entire job.
What’s In The Pack
Six feminized autoflower seeds. Generational selection has pulled the population tight, so the variation shows up in aroma weight rather than in structure.
In The Garden
75-85 days from seed, indoors, outdoors or greenhouse. No light schedule to run and no veg window to plan around. Feed it steadily from the start, because an auto has no time to recover from a stall.
Seed release: Greenpoint Seeds.
These Amnesia Haze autos grew a good 3′ or more with bountiful buds. Some of the phenos are pure sativa, which are like a godsend, bringing me full circle to the favorite weeds of my youth (only more potent now)!
Great flower to grow while waiting for Photos
