The Cross
This cross pairs Platinum Lemon Cherry Gelato with Dip N Stix. Dip N Stix traces to Sugarcane, the Platinum and Slurricane line. The Platinum prefix in the Lemon Cherry Gelato selection’s name does not establish that it carries that same parent.
The trade off is honest. Neither parent is an easy plant and the cross does not fix that.
The Parents
Platinum Lemon Cherry Gelato is Marcel’s phenotype, known as TheLeafDocta, out of Lemon Cherry Gelato, which is Gelato crossed to Super Lemon Haze. The Platinum designation refers to crystalline, brittle trichome architecture with elongated stalks and oversized heads.
Dip N Stix is Beleaf‘s cut of In House Genetics‘ Sugarcane, which is Platinum crossed to Slurricane. Platinum itself is documented as UW Hashplant crossed to Permafrost.
