Well my Texas toasted was a fast outdoor grow it reached 6 foot tall in 2-3 months I found out what aphids are got some spray and then the wasp nest next door invaded my plants by the hundreds and had a fiesta on them ,and we became friends they get water and food from me I get pest free plants.with 15 hours of light I'm waiting for flowering to start on some still .

Picked these up on auction Stanky an Danky!!! Was looking for something not to fruity/berry wanted that pungent funk and found it with this Texas Toasted!! Easy grow pH between 6.0-6.5 was in a rush an didn't top em, both with nice tight lime green Cola's an that stank on em is lovely, pungent just like I wanted. Highly recommended!!

Here’s the thing. As you can see she his absolutely beautiful. I had 90% germ rate from the seeds. It’s a 3 star review here because it just didn’t deliver for me as far as strength of final product. Maybe I cut her down too soon but the trichs looked right to me. This was only my 3rd run ever so I’m not a pro. I ran Texas Chem first grow ever and was absolutely blown away. 5/5 on the Texas Chem and honestly ordered the Toasted to see if it’s the shoreline or Chemdog I like about the Texas Chem. The shoreline adds what I like to call a nice chill feeling (happy). And it helps me grow her where I am because she’s from a hotter climate. But that DAWG lineage is what gets me going. So I’m growing 3 more Texas Chem I had from that first pack again, but outside. Greenpoint is great Genetics! Top Shelf. With that said I either messed up the finish here or this one isn’t that bueno.

10 weeks minimal on flowering. Was not ready at 8 and harvested at 9 still could have went longer. But was a great yielder and such a sticky resinous flower!

Grown in living soil mix. Impressive growth though plant ended being lanky with medium colas. Distinct aroma. Looking forward to the next one in better growing conditions..

I'm smelling some motor oil smells that I'm kinda liking. But also a coca cola smell too. Pics are 38 days since light flip.

Smells like straight fire and is the biggest plant in the garden has plenty of stretch maybe 3 times from veg size and is seriously stacking weight on now.

Texas toasted has a serious nose on her. It reminds me of a funky basement. Old school is another way to describe the smell. It was a slow grower during veg, but became a vigorous plant once it hit flower and it can withstand a lot of stress. And of course, it produces a lot of resin.

Hearty, in spite of being root bound for a minute.

2 seeds ran. Great vigor. One heavy lime, hints of gas. Other has a chaulky hash skunkywness. Gonna grab another pack.
Texas toasted was much better than I anticipated. Had a lemon lime scent that was strong with a hint of skunk. Good smoke and didn’t require smoking a boat load to feel the effects. Grade A cannabis forsure. I smoke daily and have smoked and grown many strains and this one stood out for me for the lemonyness
Nice dense nugs.of good smoke…got more seeds of this
Won this in the reverse auction. Honestly you will never find a better deal anywhere.
My very first hermie and it may of been my fault not really sure though but could of been so I’m wanting to run her again she was smelling so awesome she had this old school funk about her that I haven’t smelled in a long time I really wished I would of caught it in time so don’t let my review scare u away from this strain though she may not of liked my lst but I did wait a week before I even flipped her I always do after any kinda stress so my next run I’ll be sure to pay special attention to her
Massive cola’s, very sticky, taste like really sour skunk, very easy to grow, this was me putting absolutely no effort into her, different an amazing strain.
Popped one seed in a 3’x3′ multi strain micro grow. Vegged for 30 days & topped twice. Harvested on day 64. Yield: 81g. dried & cured. She has a good mix of both parent’s traits. Strong Kush & Cookies smells and tastes with an unmistakable skunk spray smell that seems to linger longer than the rest of the scrumptious aromas she exudes. Also notable is an intriguing sweet baby puke/lipgloss ocimine type smell and taste that’s hard to pin down, but very much brings me back to the jar again and again. She grew very vigorously taking over her corner of the tent and was the tallest of the bunch with about a 2.5x stretch. There was some interesting coloration to mention as well: a gorgeous fade from emerald to gold to red in the tips of the leaves. Very unique. (Perhaps some old Panamanian or Colombian genes from the Shoreline?) The smoke is divine in the taste department and offers up a zippy, stony affair in the effects department. A pleasantly cough inducing throat coating draw that motivates & invigorates at first, but eventually mellows into a nice, “tuck you in” sort of stony vibe. Long lasting, potent and LOUD with a wonderful complex sweet & sour palate. I will most certainly be growing Big Tex again! Thank you Greenpoint for a beautiful wonderful winner of a plant. Keep on making that fire!
