Simply follow the steps in the tutorial below to reset your password immediately.
Note: Before contacting us by phone or email, please follow the tutorial below to reset your password. It may take an hour or more to reset your password via customer support. This is because our customer support team member must verify your identity and email address, wait for the webmaster to reset your password, and then email you the new password. You will then have to change the new password yourself after you log back in. Resetting your password using the tutorial below will take less than 2 minutes.
Click on the “Login/Register” button at the upper right of the home screen.
Click the “Lost Your Password” button on the login screen.
Type your username or password into the “Username or Email” box and click the “Reset Password” button. You will now be emailed a link to reset your password. It may take several minutes to be delivered to your inbox. If you are unable to find the email, try checking your spam folder. Please wait at least ten minutes before attempting to reset your password again.
Open the email and click on the password reset link.
Choose a new password and enter it into the “New Password” box. Re-enter the same password in the “Re-enter New Password” box and then click the “Save” button.
You will then be redirected to the Login page. Enter your username or email address into the “Username or Email address” box and enter your new password into the “Password” box. Check the “I’m Not a Robot” box, and then click the “Log In” button to log in to your account.
