Was your order marked “delivered,” but you didn’t receive it? We are happy to help!
Follow the steps below to locate your order.
- Before contacting us, call your local USPS office. We recommend contacting them as soon as possible so they can quickly track down your package.
- Provide your tracking information and let them know your package was marked “delivered,” but you haven’t received it.
- They will be able to track the order or contact your mail courier.
- File a claim with USPS for a lost or stolen package.
- If you are still unable to locate your package after filing a claim, contact Greenpoint Seeds.
