Was your order marked “delivered,” but you didn’t receive it? We are happy to help!

Follow the steps below to locate your order. 

  1. Before contacting us, call your local USPS office. We recommend contacting them as soon as possible so they can quickly track down your package.
  2. Provide your tracking information and let them know your package was marked “delivered,” but you haven’t received it.
  3. They will be able to track the order or contact your mail courier.
  4. File a claim with USPS for a lost or stolen package.
  5. If you are still unable to locate your package after filing a claim, contact Greenpoint Seeds.
