All products listed as “on pre-order” will provide a date or time frame as to when they will be shipped. Once your pre-order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email to notify you that your order has shipped. Please be prepared to wait for products that have been pre-ordered.
To check the status of your pre-order:
- Log in to your account and go to the “My Account” page by clicking on your username at the upper right of the home screen.
- On the “My Account” page, click on the “Orders” button on the left of the page.
- Click on the “View” button on the right side of the page to view the details and status of your order.
